The closed front piece is skinned by stamped small corrugated boards, the sides are skinned by small corrugated boards or stamped corrugated boards, and a canopy pole and tarpaulin are installed on the top. The entire car carrier vehicle is equipped with a tool box, a spare tire rack, and a drip brake system to improve the safety of vehicle transportation.

Skeleton type, that is, the side panels are composed of columns, without side panels, front panels, rear doors and top panels. This type of car carrier has light weight, low cost and low fuel consumption, but it is inconvenient to transport goods and the car is easily damaged.
A fully enclosed car, that is, the side panels and the front panel are all closed with panels, with a rear door, and the top panel is a canopy-pole type. This type of car transporter has heavy weight, high cost and high fuel consumption, but it can protect the car and transport other goods;
Semi-enclosed sedans car carrier trailer, that is, no roof panels, have features somewhere in between.
Dual-axle single-tire car carrier trailer , that is, the rear axle is a dual-axle structure, and each axle has 2 tires, a total of 4 tires. The axle of this structure is designed as a concave bridge, so that the porous plate above the axle is very low to the ground, increasing the loading space.
A two-axle, twin-tire car carrier trailer means that the rear axle has a dual-axle structure, and each axle has 4 tires, for a total of 8 tires. The axle of this structure is designed as an ordinary axle and uses a reverse-mounted suspension device, so that the porous plate above the axle is very high from the ground, usually 1250mm, which affects the loading space, but increases the load-bearing capacity.
2.1 The car carrier trailer structure is generally divided into lower chassis, upper chassis, side panels, front panels, rear doors, top panels, accessories, hydraulic system, suspension system, air brake system, circuit system, support device, hub cooling system, etc. composition.
2.2 Due to the limitations of national standards on the outer dimensions of vehicles, generally, the outer dimensions of the car carriers in our company's announcement are too small, while the actual outer dimensions of the produced vehicles are too large. The front overhang, wheelbase, and rear overhang are different from those in the announcement. They are also inconsistent, so you need to pay attention when signing a contract. In addition, in order to facilitate the entry of vehicles into homes, the car is usually designed into three sections in the length direction. The middle section can be removed, and the front and rear sections are connected to ensure that the total length complies with the announced size.
2.3 The car carrier trailer has a double-layer loading platform structure. The upper loading platform can be lifted up and down under the action of the lifting device to facilitate loading. The lifting device is configured according to different needs and can be divided into three types: direct lifting type with hydraulic cylinder, pulling type with pulley and wire rope, and hanging type with hand chain hoist.
2.4 For a dual-axle single-tyre car carrier trailer , there are two manual springboards on the left and right at the gooseneck step at the front end of the lower chassis, and an extraction ladder and a climbing ladder are designed at the rear and tail. The rear upper chassis is equipped with an extraction ladder at the rear end.
2.5 For a dual-axle twin-tyre car carrier trailer , the gooseneck step at the front end of the lower chassis is designed with one manual springboard on the left and right, a movable frame for oil cylinder lifting in front of the rear axle, and one manual springboard on the left and right behind the rear axle. , the rear tail is designed with an extraction ladder and a climbing ladder. The rear upper chassis is equipped with an extraction ladder at the rear end.
2.6 About the chassis mask. The middle part of the lower chassis is equipped with a mask plate as standard, t1.5; under the traction pin (traction vehicle tire) and the perforated plate at the rear axle, the mask plate is t1. The rest of the lower chassis and upper chassis are not covered.
2.7 In order to prevent the upper chassis from jumping, a rope tensioner is provided to pull the upper chassis and the lower chassis together.
3.1 Limiting and tightening of commercial carts
After loading the vehicle and before driving, the car carrier trailer vehicle must limit and tighten the loaded commercial vehicle to avoid jumping of the vehicle during driving and ensure the safety of the vehicle during driving. There are two ways to fix the vehicle: one is the wheel fixing method, and the other is the frame fixing method.
The wheel fixing method uses car tire limiters and car tire tighteners to block the tires and prevent the commercial vehicle from moving forward and backward. The limit frame is a standard steel tube structure. The lower hooks fall on two adjacent holes of the porous plate. A plate-type limit frame is optional. The frame fixing method is to fix the frame of the commercial vehicle and the frame of the passenger car together to prevent the suspension device of the commercial vehicle from jumping up and down. This fixing method is used when the gap between the top of the commercial vehicle and the upper chassis or roof is too small, and can be implemented by the user as needed.
Standard configuration: Cars with total length ≥ 15m, 32 car tire limiters, 32 car tire tighteners; Cars with total length <15m, 24 car tire limiters, car tire tighteners 24.
3.2 Hand chain hoist of car carrier trailer
The hand chain hoist is used to lift the upper chassis. The standard configuration is 1t, 2 pieces. For fully hydraulically lifted vehicles, a hand chain hoist is not required.
3.3 Hub cooling device of car carrier trailer
Wheel cooling is not included as standard (although the actual vehicle is equipped with a water tank). If necessary, it must be stated in the contract.
3.4 Spare tire rack of car carrier trailer
The spare tire rack adopts a portal structure. That is, two bolts are used to fix the spare tire on the door. Comes standard with 2 portal spare tire racks.
